My career spans more than 20 years across commercial businesses, international organisations and the charitable sector. I've built and sold my own business, held senior executive responsibilities across finance and operations, led international teams and worked with boards, investors and senior corporate leadership.
These experiences have shaped how I approach leadership. I look beyond individual functions to understand how an organisation works as a whole, connecting strategy, people, operations and financial performance. I believe in creating clear accountability, developing capable teams and giving people the confidence to make decisions, while maintaining the commercial discipline and governance needed to deliver sustainable results.

I believe effective leadership begins with understanding the organisation as a whole, recognising what matters most and bringing people together around shared priorities.
I'm naturally curious, willing to challenge established thinking and comfortable making difficult decisions. I value openness, integrity and accountability, and believe people perform at their best when they understand their responsibilities, feel trusted to make decisions and can see how their contribution fits into the bigger picture.
My approach combines strategic perspective with a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver, creating an environment where people can succeed and the organisation can perform.

I've established overseas operations, recruited and led teams across different countries, and worked within complex international structures, developing an understanding of the cultural, commercial and operational challenges involved.
I recognise that effective international leadership requires adaptability, clear accountability and the ability to bring people together around shared objectives, while respecting local differences.
