Challenge
The business was relying on a legacy ERP system with limited functionality and high dependence on third-party IT support. It was inflexible, expensive to maintain, and lacked the visibility and control needed to support a growing, multi-entity group. Reporting required workarounds, hardware investment was ongoing, and staff engagement with the system was low.
Approach
I conducted a market review of ERP alternatives, focusing on cloud capability, future-proofing, and internal usability. After selecting the platform, I led the entire migration process — including configuration, stakeholder engagement, and training. I worked cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT to map requirements, preserve data integrity, and ensure seamless go-live.
The new ERP system delivered not only increased internal control and real-time visibility, but also introduced cloud-based document storage, user-friendly reporting, and automated workflows. I facilitated group workshops, held 1:1 sessions to address change resistance, and ensured post-implementation support was in place to drive adoption.
